Presidential University Return Policy
Online purchases must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and must be unused, undamaged, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Please make sure and package your return items securely so they are not damaged during shipment. If an item is returned after 30 days or received damaged, a refund or exchange will not be offered and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Returns When returning an item, please include a note with your order number, your name, and the reason for return. A refund will be credited to the credit card used within 30 days of us receiving your return. For further inquiries, please contact customer service.

Exchanges
When exchanging your item(s), please include a note with your order number, your name, your shipping address, a daytime phone number in which you can be reached, and which item(s) you are exchanging for. Upon shipping your exchange items, we will recharge for shipping which may be deducted from a refund if applicable or a customer service representative will contact you to recollect your credit card information. This charge is to get your exchange item(s) back to you. For further inquiries, please contact customer service.

Restocking Fees
All items returned for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Business Cards
To insure that your business card order is as quick as possible our system is entirely electronic. Once an order is placed for business cards we CANNOT edit or cancel any business card order. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data, graphics, and content contained in your order prior to approving and submitting your order. Presidential University cannot be held responsible for any misprints due to incorrectly entered information. Business card orders CANNOT be cancelled after the order has been completed, this process is automated.

International Orders
If you are ordering internationally, it is our priority to get your order to you within the advertised time frame. However, all international orders must go through customs and your package could be held for inspective purposes. As processing through customs can take as long as 2-6 weeks, delivery time will be longer and in some cases, an estimate will not be available.

Items Not Delivered
In the event that your package is lost or stolen and insurance was paid for at the time of purchase, new items will be shipped out if an insurance claim is made. Insurance is an extra service offered to you during checkout and must be selected in order to take advantage of that service. Per USPS’s policy, an insurance claim cannot be filed until 21 days have passed since the package has shipped and cannot be made any later than 30 days. If you are eligible to make an insurance claim, please contact customer service promptly for proper instructions. In the event that your package is lost or stolen and insurance was not paid for at the time of purchase, Presidential University cannot be held responsible. No refunds will be given and replacement items will not be sent. We will do our best to work with the US Postal Service to locate your package in this event. *Please remember to check each item ordered for delivery time, as each item may vary.

Items Received Damaged
If an item is damaged during shipment, a replacement will only be sent if insurance was paid for at the time of purchase. If insurance was purchased, please contact customer service for instructions on how to file an insurance claim. If insurance was not purchased, Presidential University cannot be held accountable for any items damaged during shipping.

Cancelling Orders
Once an order has shipped, shipping will not be refunded and you are responsible for any return postage fees. Business card orders CANNOT be cancelled after the order has been completed, this process is automated.
